First Time Mom Registry stress! Help!!

Hi mommies! Has anyone started to make their registries yet. I am 13 and a half weeks and was planning on starting in the next few weeks, at least for some of the bigger, more gender neutral items.  I am going nuts trying to research strollers/travel systems and pack and plays to start out with! Anyone have any suggestions on certain brands or ones you may have used in the past? There are just so many options at buy buy baby and babies are us that I don't even know how to narrow down the choices and make the best selection.  Any recommendations?! Thanks all!!
