Break up

My boyfriend has broken up with me after a few days of ignoring me because he "didn't want to tell me it was over" because I was being moody and mad at everything but you can't blame me when first he gives up the house, then his real dad comes along and pushes me aside and then he ignores me... Obviously im going to get mad!🔫 so obviously I was hormonal too as I'm pregnant 😔 I really want him back!! What can I do to help me get him back? We've been in a relationship for 1 year 9 months so I'm very hurt, I have fallen in love with him, we are getting along but I just want him back as my boyfriend 😭💔
