Do you have to get implementation spotting?

It's my first time ttc & everything is so nee but I keep reading about implementation spotting, do you have to get it to know that you are pregnant? Or what's that exactly?

Not every one get implantation bleeding. It's actually quite rare. I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and I've never had it. It usually occurs 6-12 says after ovulation. So don't stress if you don't spot.

No ive been preggers four times and never had it. One of those times it was twins so double implantation xx

I never got it even when I did get pregnant in June. I just got cramping like AF was comin and swore that's what it was but every time I went to the bathroom there was nothing.
