Positive HPT in the morning and a 2nd was negative! :(

This morning I had a postive hpt faint line I'm 10 dpo.

I took another at lunch, a digital and it took a long time then flashed NO -

Do you think that it's just too early and I need that FMU or that I should be worried? My period is suppose to come Saturday so I still have two days and I know I need to wait but it's so hard because I was so happy this morning and now I'm not sure ...
