Daughter knows... help

Ok so I have a five year old daughter who is very smart. She loves reading books. However I have a little problem with that. First let me explain.. well as of right now she thinks guys have the same parts down there that we do. She also thinks to have a baby the mommy gets a baby seed from daddy and eats it and hope it works. Ok that is all she knows with that. It hasn't been an issue until now. I recently learned while she was visiting with her grandparents the other day she wanted to look at books. They have a lot just for her. Well she decided to take it upon Ngoc erself and somehow reach the upper shelf to grasp another book that wasn't a kid book. Come to find out her grandmother called last night and told me she was looking at a bible ok that's not a problem at all but it was one that had pictures in it. Well when he grandmother went to look what she was doing she saw what book she had and was looking it. She was looking at one of the pictures and it was Adam and eve fully naked. Fully naked!! So now I'm at a loss as to what to do. Me and her dad both think she's still a bit to young to actually know about the guy area as she is still learning things with herself right now. I was very frustrated when i found out last night bc of it (I know I shouldn't of been) but I didn't want her seeing stuff like that yet. Can you blame me? Anyways I was frustrated last night about it and I told her when she is over there if she wants to look at a book that isn't a kid book to ask her grandmother if it is a book she can look at (nothing like above) and that when she gets a little bit older we will talk. Idk if I handled that the right way. I don't know what to do. It's my first child and I don't wanna make it where she isn't comfortable talking to me about stuff when she is older but also don't feel like she needs to know about male parts this young. Idk help me please.
