I've gotten my period but I've been having slight cramps and I'm not sexual active can somone tell me what going on , ?

Cramping is unfortunately pretty normal 🙃 
It's (I believe) your uterus contracting. Perfectly normal- it just stinks :(

It's not really good or bad. It happens to most ladies, and it's not a reason to go to the doctor or hospital ✌🏻️ it just sucks. 
If they're really bad, take some ibuprofen and use a heating pad on your stomach or back
