Morning sickness suddenly gone?

I'm 9w 6d, and ever since week 5, I've gotten sick every morning like clockwork. The moment I wake up, I run to the bathroom. This Wednesday, I got on a plane to visit my dad in Texas, and I was feeling nauseous all morning like usual, and then yesterday morning and this morning I haven't felt an ounce of sickness. I know it has to go away at some point, but all so suddenly? It almost has me worried. Thoughts?
