Husband's Clingy Female Friend

So I am 37 weeks pregnant and I have a little bit of a rant.. I apologize in advance if it is long but I need some advice.

So my husband has this female friend who tries to be very involved in my pregnancy. She has tried to invite herself to my appointments, planned a baby shower for me, comes to our apartment when she is "in the area", offers to cook dinner for us while at our apartment, tries to organize our baby's things, continuously asks about what our plans are with our baby when we have him in hopes for her to babysit him permanently, frequently calls our baby "her baby", and the list goes on...

I can understand that she is trying to be helpful but it is just too much. I almost feel like she is trying to take my role as a mother and a wife which I am perfectly capable of doing myself. I have so many family members and friends who have been so kind and helpful during my pregnancy which I am so grateful for but this girl is just driving me up the wall!! Am I being overly dramatic? Is it the hormones?... I dunno but I really just wanna bite her head off and scream "NO." this has been going on my entire pregnancy. How can I be kind to her and let her know that I can handle this???
