Help? Small baby

Went to dr for ultrasound supposed to be 8 weeks tomorrow according to my lmp but I measured 6 weeks and heartbeat was so low couldn't catch it on the US but could see it flickering. My dr left had me see the Midwife and she said with these two signs most likely will MC.  trying not to stress because there still could be hope? This happen to anyone else before?? Any good out comes?

Yes this happen to me at 9 weeks but they say it was a threaten miscarriage but I woke up in blood everywhere and when I got to the ER it stopped and they said lucky I got them because I was bleeding bad and they told me to rest and I ended up with this healthy lil 5 years old

According to my last period I was suppose to be 8 weeks, but I know I ovulate 2 weeks later so at ultra sound today found out I'm 6 weeks.... Could you just have ovulated later than first thought?

Happened to me. I thought I was 8 weeks but I was really 6 weeks and 6 days. I have an abnormally long and irregular cycle. The only way to tell how far along you are is when they do the transvaginal ultrasound. It's okay if you can't hear the heartbeat yet, it's good that you can see it flickering though. Don't lose hope and be positive. Stress isn't healthy for you or for baby.

I was supposed to be 7 weeks 1 day pregnant at my ultrasound based on lastmenstruation but I knew I didn't ovulate until 2 weeks later, have super long cycles, so baby was measuring 5w5d (exactly correct!) and had heartbeat of 107/109.

Sometimes the last menstruation doesn't help <3

It's possibly you ovulated later in your cycle. Doctors go off LMP but really you aren't pregnant until after ovulation.

It has happened to me and resulted in m/c. But I have known exactly when I ovulated because I always have used ovulation tests and not a whole lot of sex:/ So when my dates have been off, I've known it wasn't good. Good luck!
