Where does glow get their info?

I borrowed a book from a girlfriend called pregnancy day by day and flipped to the 3 weeks 3 days page and it looked a little familiar. In fact it's word for word the same tips, topics, etc as the app's daily tips, topics, etc! Does this book's author have some connection with glow?

Hey! I just saw the same thing! I bought the book and I regret it so much! Same info, same words and even the pictures! ?
