Just curious if anyone has conceived that has had Lupus?

I found out about two years ago that I have Lupus, in "remission" for about 5 months. Having a pretty difficult time getting pregnant. I was told it would be pretty difficult but hadn't imagined it like this.

My sister in law has lupus. She has miscarried a few times and due to and incompetent hospital staff she nearly died and Lucian was a still born.
