What is going on?????? help.

Okay so I have been, over the last week experiencing hair loss, (enough that's noticeable; hair everywhere and a lot in the shower.) Eye twitching (left eye) Acne and oily skin and back acne (which never happens AT ALL) and cold feet& nausea occasionally. Now here is my weird thought. I haven't has sex since September 13th my last two "AF" (I put quotes because they were just a lot of clots and brown stuff not blood) was Sep 3-6 and 30th- Oct 3 and I've been having more clots to where I need to wear a pad these last two days. Idk what is going on and I took a pregnancy test on the 30th of sep and it was negative. Now I know you guys aren't doctors but I could use some help here.
