Pushing on stomach after delivery. Terrified of giving birth
My goodness,.. I've been reading new things like everyday ! Lol it's scarring me! I just found out that after delivering the placenta the nurses come in & push on your stomach to make sure there are no clots & to get your uterus back to normal. Apparently it's quite painful. Any recommendations on how to avoid this??
