Massages throughout pregnancy

I got permission from my doctor to get a massage but they said "only if they specialize in prenatal". When I got to the spa, they made me sign a contract that if anything were to happen to me or the baby, they will not be held responsible. I got the massage and felt 100% better but still have worry in the back of my mind. The spa asked me if I wanted to sign up for the membership which means I would have to lock in their 12 month contact of $60 a month which comes with a 50 minute massage every month. I made this poll to help me decide if I should lock in or not...?
