Seriously freaking out

I am 4 months pp and just took a pregnancy test...it was positive. My husband and i are 10,000 in the hole with medical bills because our lil one has had some health issues. Are we bad people for considering abortion? We can't afford another one yet and know if we consider adoption we will end up keeping the lil one. I am at a loss at to what to do and I'm freaking out. I have been on birth control and it failed us. 😭😭😭
