Yes I wear a belly band every day and it helps a lot

It's most likely pelvic girdle pain, which is extremely common and annoying. I've read that a pregnancy support belt can help but I haven't tried one myself yet.

Yep hip, lower back, butt (didn't think my butt could hurt lol), my vagina is always aching too. Not over doing it helps. And belly band does make a difference. Still feel like my body is falling apart though

My hips hurt because they are widening to help with childbirth.. Pelvic pain is caused from ligaments stretching.
