Postpartum Bodies!!! πππΎ From a mommy who didn't lose it all
I see many mommies posting their amazing 10-day, 2-day, etc. postpartum bodies! You mommies ROCK and look GREAT!!!!
For me, my weight loss journey has been a little different. I did not have a flat stomach 2 days postpartum and 5 months later I don't have a flat stomach postpartum. I exclusively breastfeed and have started working out and eating better over the last month. I say better because overall I ate healthy however most of my meals immediately following birth was pasta that friends/family cooked for us and I know all the carbs didn't help much. Now I'm trying to cut down my carb intake and replace it with healthier options. Even with all these efforts, I still can't seem to get rid of this mommy weight! So for all you mommies out there who haven't peeled off the weight know you aren't the only ones.
Know we CAN do this! Don't feel discouraged because you aren't like the mommies posting about their flat stomach 2-days postpartum!
