36 weeks today, iv been having cramps all day, pain when i bend over also felling realy wet down there had to stop and dry it often, busy didn't think anything of it untill now . I seen white water discharge. And my back and tail bone is killing me and I feel the need to poop but when i try to push it hurts my lower belly to bad . Not sure wat to do or whats going on help?
