Question : eating sugar & feeling horrible
This has been happening lately to me,
I eat a regular amount of sugary foods and I start feeling horrible. About 4 minutes later I feel nauseous and drowsy.
It can be as small as a bagel with strawberry jelly.....
I don't eat this everyday or massive amounts a week. Probably just 1-2 a week. Everything else I eat fruit for my sugar intake.
Does this mean something? ? Does this happen to anyone else?
I won't be taking the glucose test till 2 more weeks.....
