After Pains?

Question

I'm expecting baby #2 and everyone is talking about after pains and am i dreading them again. I didn't have no pains after my dd birth so don't have a clue what to expect. Some people are saying they are worse than actual labour!!

​Anyone have after pains? Are they bad? What they like?

Mine seem to get worse with each baby I have. I get them pretty badly when I breastfeed. It causes your uterus to contract and shrink down to normal. They do hurt, but I don't think I'd say it's worse than labor pains. More like labor in the early stages.

I've never heard of after pains but after I had my child I would contract Everytime she cried for a few months

After pains i had with my second child. They feel like your in labor again. Your uterus is contracting to go back to normal size. The back pain you feel n the core of your bones. It's really, really uncomfortable but not everyone gets them.
