This is our 4th baby and I just tested positive for group b strep. I have a c section scheduled next week already (4th c section) so doc said I will already get antibiotics... But what I am wondering about is how do I test positive now and not with any of our other kids. I've read that you will test positive if you are a carrier.. But if that's true how do I just out of the blue become a carrier?? Can I get rid of it? Doctor said its just bacteria and it's just that some women have it and some don't.
