Girl or Boy?! Any theories would help!

I'm 13w4d today and just had my first ultrasound (where my little one doesn't look like a blob!). He/ she would NOT stay still, jumping up and down giving the ultrasound tech a hard time today. It was a little funny! But they said it's still too soon to tell the gender and I'm DYING to know! I've had this feeling for a while it may be a boy - I catch myself referring to baby as a "he" even though we don't know. Wishful thinking maybe?
