Nauseous and can't take it

PLEASE ladies I need some help. What did you all do to calm your stomach. If I was able to vomit I'll be ok but it just sits there making me feel queasy. Walking is when I'm at my worst. This isn't my 1st pregnancy lol but this one kicking my a** any tips?!??
