Is this okay to use while pregnant?

I have a lot of acne and scarring popping up. And especially now because I'm pregnant I had to stop taking what I was for my acne and now I feel like a teenager all over agin. Anyone have any good helpful tips please spill em 🙂

Have you ever used the Cetaphil products? I began using the facial wash and moisturizer years ago after I got a facial and the lady recommended them to me-changed my life and my skin! I still have scars from when my acne was bad, but I no longer break out at all, and it has smoothed my skin.

I can't see the ingredients for this but it is safe to use a vitamin C serum while pregnant. Other "lighteners" are best used after pregnancy. Is wait anyway until you are done with the majority of the hormonal breakouts so you can treat the pigmentation from scaring afterwards. Glycolic peels, vitamin C lightened my sun damage hyper pigmentation dramatically. I still use the C and sunscreen to prevent and treat and its still working throughout my pregnancy. Acne scaring also lightens over time so I would for sure wait!

This might be the same thing as African soap but it has Shea butter in it so maybe it makes a difference ? You could always put a moisturizer on afterwards .

I have acne scars on my face and some pimples / scars on my back that just showed up after a few months in my pregnancy . I bought " ambi black soap" it's like 2$ at Walmart & it's works so good . It leaves your skin smooth , the pimples on my back are almost completely gone & my scars are getting lighter . I've only used it for a week so I definitely recommend investing in it ! Good luck .
