NEED a workout buddy!! Help
I need motivation to do these workouts! I'm not really trying to lose weight, just tone up and gain a lil more booty. My problem is I look at the scale (120.4 at the end of the day) and then I lose my motivation because I think well I like my weight at least and I don't have rolls or muffin top so then I lose motivation to tone up even more . Because my belly n legs are lil jiggly lol. Someone give me motivation?
