So I had my 1st ultrasound on Feb 3 the baby was measuring at 6 weeks 1 day but had a heartbeat of 76 bmp. They told me to come in today for another ultra sound which they said they didn't see a heartbeat. They checked my hcg levels for the 1st time and are 84,000 and are checking them again on Thursday. Anyways anyone not get a heartbeat and have high hcg levels and everything turn out fine? I have no miscarriage symptoms
