Tummy butter (by cocoa butter) did it work for you or what did you use?

I have excercised, done yoga, drank enough water to drown a fish, slathered my tummy in cocoa butter and vitamin E oil.... I pulled out all the stops and my entire tummy bellow the belly button is COVERED in stretch marks. The undeniable truth is that they are hereditary. My mom and grandmother had them... Now I do. The only thing that cocoa butter and oil has done to help me is to control the itching and burning.

My momma calls the stretch marks "tiger stripes" and says that we should wear them proudly. We earned them by being strong and growing another life. They don't seem so bad when you think about them like that.  :)

I'm using Bella b tummy butter and so far it's amazing! It smells so good and helps with the itching!

I learned that stretch marks are hereditary. If your mom got them you probably will too! And unfortunately these creams don't really seem to be that effective. I didn't get any but neither did my mom.

I had my hubby massage vitamin E oil all over my belly and I don't have any stretch marks.

You can prevent stretch marks by working out a little. Maybe go for a walk or just 10 minutes of any workout a day.

I used Mothers Special Blend. No stretch marks. Definitely will use it again if I conceive baby #2.
