I haven't had an appetite???

What's wrong with me? My food just doesn't want to stay down. Any suggestions??

I felt that way up until this past week. I had even lost weight bc I wasn't eating a lot. I'll be 8 weeks tomm and now I am always hungry. I changed my vitamins to get more iron so I don't know if that had anything to do with it since I am anemic.
