What do you buy 1st?

It's been awhile for me so I don't know what to get 1st

I just got my BFP, but husband and I decided if first ultrasound goes well, we will buy the crib first. It will be a good start to the nursery :)

I don't buy a crib or stroller. Babies sleep in our bed, and we use a carrier.

I don't think there is a rule. I started with some clothes because I was excited and wanted to buy something cute for the baby, and clothes were just comparatively easy to get, I guess. But by no means a full wardrobe, just a few pieces. Then we bought the crib and furniture. I think we will wait a little longer with the stroller and car seat, mainly for storage reasons, but we have been researching them.

I would start with a crib or car seat if you have a baby shower you will receive an ungodly amount of clothes and diapers

My dad bought me a crib for my birthday. & my mom bought Me a rocker for my birthday. Lol the my mom in law bought the changer / dresser. I have bought clothes in between all this when something is on sale. My most recent purchase is a swing and car seat with stroller. 😁

First thing I got was a travel system from my grandma. I picked it out and she decided to buy it for me, more money in my pocket! I don't have any clothes yet I don't know the gender yet so I don't see why I would buy clothes I have looked at cribs but haven't bought yet. I started out high risk so we're waiting until we're completely out of the woods.

We have been stocking up on diapers. You can never have enough! We are constantly looking for sales or coupons for diapers. And we buy the like once a week. We're only 15w1d, but my husband and I just bought a house, so we didn't want to get anything for the baby's room until we moved in.

My friends started having lots of babies so I bought I bunch of baby clothes for baby showers and they add up. Then it was garage sale season so I bought a lot of baby clothes before I knew I was pregnant and I'm still buying them. Gender neutral clothing less than a dollar a piece when normal is $8-10! Yes please.

Also I received requests for months 3+ because baby shower gifts tend to be new born outfits and not older. Baby's grow quick.

I can't remember what I bought first?  My inlaws went together and got us the travel system (car seat/stroller)... I bought the crib from Walmart online($200 and delivered to my door).... This round my car seat is expired so I just ordered a new one.... I'm on to baby #3 and have to see if I am able to fit 3 in my SUV or if I'm going to get a new vehicle.... I'll be 18 weeks when it arrives so I have lots of time but if I am going to need to change vehicles then I need some time!
