Hello, this is my first post and I'm really looking for answers or any advice from anyone at this point. I have the absolute worst periods. My pain usually ends up with me in the ER or close to it anyways. I can't stand or sit down, nothing helps. It's even gotten to where only high pain medication will stop the pain. I continuously try heating pad, ice, hot baths, etc. I can't take midol, ibuprofen or anything that is similar to the two because of acid reflux && they tear up my stomach. I have horrible gas/diarrhea during my periods and a couple days before. I'm up now because this pain is keeping me from sleeping. My doctors mentioned surgery to see if I have endometriosis but I just don't want to spend the money if I don't end up having it. Can someone tell me if they've experienced anything similar and what they did or found out? Any guidance would be GREAT regarding how to help with pain or what to do next about surgery or any other ideas.. Thank you all in advance
