Ramzi method?

So based on LMP I'm 8 weeks 5 days but I have irregular periods so I wasn't sure. I got an ultrasound today and tech said she thinks I'm about 6.5 weeks instead. Any ideas on whether it's a boy or girl based on Ramzi? This is an transvaginal ultrasound. Thanks!!
