Frustrated and sad :(
Got AF today . Completely devastated as I was almost certain I was pregnant . Was very nauseous, extremely tender breasts and lower abdominal cramps. I'm starting to think that I'm imagining things but I'm telling you I had symptoms. I just turned 40 few months ago and have been trying for 5 months. Timed intercourse at ovulation , cut down on caffeine , taking prenatal vitamins , checked his sperm count.
Never had a problem conceiving in the past , but 14 months ago I had a cone biopsy and I'm starting to think maybe that is the reason . I feel so frustrated like I'm running out of time and eggs and not sure that we can afford IVF as I read it's very expensive. I feel helpless but trying not to lose faith.
