Bellatrix or Morgana

So I like names the are unique but not unheard of. Our reigning name is Dakota Anna Marie, which I like but don't have complete peace with, I do like the 280s popularity ranking. Looking for other names I found Bellatrix and Morgana. I think they are both gorgeous, but are not even listed on all name sites, which surprised me. I assumed, possibly because of Harry Potter and Merlin that they were more normal, but outside of these associations which the magical villians you really only find their more common variants (Beatrice and Morgan). Would these names be big no nos because of the associations?
