Spit or swallow?

I've done both spitting and swallowing, even though I prefer to spit. I was wondering how other women tackle this age old question. What do you prefer?

Bf eats a lot of tomatoes (Italian diet) and drinks loads of pineapple juice and water so never tastes of anything. 
​If he has asparagus of take away I avoid like the plague though!!!

Only time I've ever spit is when I was pregnant cause it made me puke. Gotta finish strong ;)

It's just easier less mess lol plus if your partner eats right it'll taste great Lmbo!
