Ughhhh I'm so gassy and it's so hard to get out :( is it normal???

Me too.  Lay on your back and slowly bring your knees to your chest and down and go again and it should help work some of the gas out

Unfortunately, yes.  😩 You have my sympathy! A powdered magnesium supplement helps me to get past it but it takes a day or so. But if you take it regularly you won't get to that super painful stage.

I agree with the suggestion to lay down and bring your knees to your chest. Either on your back or side. It always helps me relieve some pressure. Feel better÷
