FTM sorry TMI! Mucous plug.

I felt something uncomfortable in my lady area and when I wiped this came out. Is this my mucous plug? Currently 37+4. Don't know much since I am a ftm and don't really want to freak out so if someone could tell me if it is please and thank you in advance!
