Working mothers how do you do it with more than 2?

Any advise? Soon to have 3 (4yrs, 2yr in Sept and baby due July). I already have a tough time. Tips please...

Well we got lucky my husband sister runs a daycare so when I return to work 3/4 will be there my 6yr old goes to school from 6:45a-4:30p the newborn and my 4 & 1 yr old will be at daycare but I plan to return part time
