I used the agent ones with my first, he wasn't able to feed without them, bonus it savedmefrom he pain of cracked nipples etc. this time I have got the Medella as they seem a bit smaller and better sized :)

I didn't use the Tommee Tippee breast shields but I used the Medela ones and they were a godsend for breastfeeding. They're incredibly helpful if you have flat or inverted nipples or if baby has a hard time latching. :)

I read reviews on these, as I plan to use this brand of bottles for times i need to belittle feed!!  & a lot of the reviews were low! They said the ringed ridges inside the false nipple causes pain an friction on your nipple causing them to become raw!  I used Nuk & Madela brand with my second son and had no trouble at all! I used the medela ones with my first and second and they helped to create a great latch and gave baby and I the confidence to continue nursing. It's easy to use them to get the hang of it as a first time mom and you can take them away when you become more comfortable.

I had a kiddo I nannied whose moms nippples were apparently a lot bigger than that and he was never quite able to latch onto those bottles correctly. She ended up going with the avent natural bottles.
