Headaches!!!

I've been getting headaches off n on. Yesterday 1 started, felt like I'd been hit in the head. Hurt so bad I tool tylenol for the 1st time in my pregnancy to relieve the pain it was that bad. It did nothing! Today it's worse :-( anyone else having major headaches and what did you do to get rid of them??
