Poop on delivery table 🙊🙊

I'm a ftm and I have a huge fear of pooping during birth! I know everyone says "when you're in the moment you won't care" but I just can't get myself to feel better about it. Do you guys have the same fear? for moms who have done this before what was your experience??? Thank you!!
