Best position?

In your opinion, whats the best position to have sex in while pregnant. Im lazy so i dont wanna be on top, but when my fiance is on top it hurts and feels like hes crushing baby :/

This is my third pregnancy and I've found the stairs (doggystle) to be best. You could use the side of the bed or a chair too but the stairs seem to be best 💗
