Anonymously posting because this is obviously embarrassing. I am pregnant, just got a call from the doctors office that I tested positive for chlamydia. I've never had any strange symptoms so this is obviously a shock to me. I'm picking up a prescription later today.

I know nothing about this, is it curable? Will it affect my baby? Can you have it for years and never know it? Obviously you can pass it to your partner but I never knew I had it. Any insight is appreciated, obviously no negativity is needed. Thank you.
