Work outs?

Kayla • Chase and i have been together for 7 years now, we are so excited to meet our baby boy this september😍
Im am 8w pregnant with my first baby everrr🍼😅😊 we are all very happy. Although. I was working on loosing 10-15 lbs before summer starts before i figured out i was pregnant. I have had weight gain issues in my past but im 23 yrs old, im 5'7', and was 175 lbs when i started and went down to 168 in 3 weeks. I was running and for 30 minutes and 100 sit ups per work out. I was doing this 2 or 3 times a week for 3 weeks and eating healthier as well. My friends and family have told me that since i was never consistent with working out and it was only for a short period of time, i probably shouldnt work out. So i stopped. Since then....i am now 177 lbs. Never been this heavy in my life and my baby is only the size of a jelly bean. Should be worried? Can i still work out anyways? Food is so difficult right now....i dont even know how to go about that. I know its inevitable to gain weight during pregnancy but this much this soon? Im worried about it....any advice?
