I was 56kg (123.5lb) and now I'm 60kg (132.2lb) is that a lot??

I would talk to your doctor next time you go in. You should only be consuming 300 extra calories a day, but there's no telling what caused the weight gain.

I actually dropped weight relatively quickly. I was weighing in at 125 on the 9th of January and when my following appointment rolled around on the 19th, I was at 114. I couldn't eat anything though. I was practically living off of watered down Gatorade and ginger ale. It was awful. I can tell I'm gradually gaining some weight back thankfully as my hips and thighs are filling out more.
