Preventing inverted nipples and Jumpstarting milk supply
I need some opinions. I heard inverted nipples is common in first time mom's so you can prevent it by doing a stretch to break up the bonds that hold the nipple down. Also, you can use essential oils to jump start milk production/supply. I am thinking about doing both these things, what are your thoughts on this? Good idea or not?
