Short baby= short adult???

Question

My baby boy is only in the 8th percentile for his height! He's 6 months. I'm 5'1" and his dad is 6'1". I'm really hoping he gets his dad's height but, it's not looking that way... So, my question is "is there a chance my baby could still be tall even though he's short now...?"

They just had an article out that says concert both your heights to inches. Add both together. For a boy add an additional 5 inches then divide by 2 and that will be baby's height. (For a girl add both and subtract five inches then divide by two).

They can usually guesstimate adult height based on how tall the child is at two years old. It's basically double the two year old height. It could really go either way but it seems he'd be more your height than his dad's.

I was a big baby, 8lbs 10oz and 22 inches long and now I’m only 5’1”, so it’s really hard to know for sure

You both determine his height but someone in either one of your families can make him shorter or taller . My man has blue eyes yet his parents have brown eyes . His grandma has blue eyes . So I'm sure he got his eyes through his grandma . You never know ☺️
