EPO = delayed period?

Courtney
Hi All,
I started taking EPO roughly 2 months ago for my keratosis pilaris. My cycles are usually  28 days apart like clockwork. My first and second day of period are the worst for cramps, bleeding etc followed by 3 days of lighter bleeding/spotting. Last cycle, since taking the EPO (1250 mg 1-2 times a day when I remember!) I noticed my period was a lot lighter than normal, but didn't think much of it. This time around, I'm 4 days late. I don't feel any different but had cramps 6 days ago for a couple of hours which I thought was PMS (I never get symptoms before besides bloating). Still no AF. I did some research and looks like EPO can cause delays to ovulation which would lead to  delay in period, and I'm wondering if the cramping I had last week was ovulation?  I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences with EPO? I don't feel different than normal, no nausea, tiredness, sore boobs etc. I just don't feel pregnant. I'm going to wait and see if she comes next week and then test. Any ideas/experiences to share?
