From midwife to ob?😡

So i recently got a new insurance by recommendation from my clinic which i love! So i show up to my appointment tuesday&they say my midwife can't take me since she doesn't take my insurance and that i was their fault and they are sorry😠 i was like whaaat? I am currently 21 weeks and have seen her since the beginning of my pregnancy! I am so sad! So my midwife gave me the option to see a obgyn or to go see her at the other clinic which she works at(i would still give birth at the same hospital) but idk what to do. For 1 the clinic shes at is in a "bad" neighborhood&i dont mean it to be rude but where i live if you go to "bad" neighborhood clinics ppl who work there are usually rude and clinics usually look dirty(again i dont want to be rude) but i alsp really wanted a midwife because i wanted to go fully natural and i loved her but i also love my clinic! Ive been coming here ever since my 1st pregnancy (6 years ago) any advice??
