I started having low back pain yesterday at work so I left a hour early. I figured I'd come home get off my feet.  I still have the pain it's not bad just annoying and I'm kinda having light period cramps but then I'm also having gas that's being released alittle at a time. I'm freaking out. I'm 10 weeks pregnant. I haven't had any blood but am seriously considering going to the hospital if it doesn't get better. Am I just being paranoid? Could it just be gas?
