7 weeks 2 days heart beat 144, boy or girl?

Hi! We had our first ultrasound today and the baby's hearbeat is 144bpm. Could you share what yours was and what did you find out you are having after? Some old wives tales say less that 140 is boy and more is girl but I would like to hear real stories!  Thank you!

I'm 30 weeks with a baby boy, around 8 weeks his was 155. Ever since then it has been around 140-150. My doctor said he goes against the heart rate theory! You just never know :)

I'm 30 weeks having a boy his heart rate has never been below the 150s. Nothing about the old tales are right its just 50/50 haha!

I'd say boy. My little girls heartbeat was never below 160. At my 8 weeks appointment it was 184...
